As you can see our energy is not at its best at the moment and the stress level is quite high... I already offer invigorating and relaxing yin yoga sessions during the week. I have decided to offer you yin yoga or restorative yoga or yoga nidra sessions for the weekend. So, come and recover energy and release your tensions and your stress...!

Finding balance with simple things is sometimes difficult in life. Come and savor these simple things to help you find it!
Saturday November 21
5:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. --> Yin yoga to recover your energy and learn to conserve it,
6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. --> Restorative yoga to recover your energy without doing anything in the comfort of your cushions.
Sunday November 22
10:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. --> Yin yoga to recover your energy and learn to conserve it,
6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. --> Yoga nidra
