Toussaint, "the way to oneself",
Calm, balance and energy 

I offer you during the week of November 1st to 5th online retreats of one day or two days or more if you want! Or only mornings, or only late afternoons!

The theme will be the path towards oneself with self-love, self-confidence in a comfort of the body and the spirit which will guide us there through the poses and the rhythm of different yogas.

I offer you a morning session of 1h30  with a gentle awakening with a little meditation that will allow us to see how we feel and where we want to go for the day, then gentle hatha yoga at the beginning and a little more "powerful" when we are warmed up, closed by one or two yin yoga poses.

Then after lunch, a yoga nidra which will allow you in 20 to 30 minutes to recover the equivalent of one to three hours of deep sleep.

Then, there will be a 1h30 session of yin yoga with acupressure or restorative yoga 1h15 depending on the day and a moment of exchange on the feeling of the day, of sharing emotions, of your journey towards this path towards self-confidence. with reluctance and doubts, sometimes fears... without judgment and we will also share the beauties that you will have encountered during your walks outdoors, in nature during the day.

Summary of the schedule for one day

Morning :

9h00-10h30 --> Meditation 15 minutes,

Hatha yoga 45 minutes,

Yin yoga + Savasana 30 minutes

 

Afternoon :

1:30 p.m. – 2:10 p.m. -- > Yoga nidra

 

5:30 p.m. -7 :00 p.m. --> Full body Yin yoga or Restorative yoga

7: 00-8 :00 p.m. --> Exchanges and feelings on the effects of the practice and the beauties encountered during a walk in nature during the day. Exchanges on our progress towards the path towards oneself, reluctance, doubts... how does the practice bring us anything? The share of the collective on the experience...

Material required :

For meditation : a cushion or a yoga block and a blanket on it  

For hatha yoga ; a yoga mat, possibly yoga bricks, for beginners  

For morning yin yoga , just two yoga bricks to adapt the poses if needed

For yoga nidra , a yoga mat + blanket or a bed  

For evening yin yoga with acupressure, a yoga mat, two yoga bricks, two tennis balls and a sock, possibly a dense pillow or a bolster and a blanket

 

For restorative yoga ; a yoga mat, two yoga bricks, a large, dense pillow or bolster, a yoga strap or a bathrobe belt or belt. 

Prices :

A whole day  = 30 euro 

two full days  = 50 euros 

4 days = 100 euros

Otherwise, the classes will be individually, 15 euros for 1h30
