Online individual lessons: 50 euros for 1h30 whatever the yoga + 10 euros for the video where I record you to be able to redo poses or exercises at home whatever the yoga.

Individual therapeutic sessions in the office, 2 rue des Acacias - 77210 Avon, Mondays from 1.30 p.m. to 9 p.m. --> 50 euros for 1.5 hours + 10 euros for the video, whatever the yoga. (duration 1h30)

Individual therapeutic sessions at my place in Guercheville -->; 50 euros lésession + 10 euros for the video, whatever the yoga (duration 1h30)

Therapeutic sessions at your home -->; 50 euros + 10 euros for the video + 10 euros for travel.

Decreasing prices may be applied depending on the number of sessions.
The video is optional. However, it allows you to be able to redo what we have done together at your own pace and take fewer sessions.
