Retreat "the way to oneself"

No, we will not go to paradises at the other end of the earth.... this time  ! 

We will seek this change of scenery within us and around us!

These mini-retreats or longer retreats will take place online from my yoga room, with candles, Tibetan bowls and soft music or silence, with open mics and cameras.

 

They will not exclude between the morning activities and that of the end of the afternoon walks in nature wherever you are! They are also highly recommended to increase or reconnect with nature and the elements of which we are a part!

For those who live in the Fontainebleau region, walks together in the forest or along a river are possible depending on the weather...!

 

You go through different practices to learn to know yourself better, to love yourself better.... To find physical and mental flexibility... You will get rid, or at least begin, of your anger, your stress. , your fears...You will learn to recognize your spiritual path, yours, yours alone!  

 

You will relax deeply, regain your energy, learn how to lose excess weight, compared to your norm, while eating healthy and you will offer your body and your brain a rejuvenation cure for all deep tissues. and superficial...

We come out of yin yoga sessions with acupressure  like coming out of a long and deep massage...

We are on line with our open mics so that the collective energy flows freely from between us. We will have moments of exchange... Everyone can ask questions about his pose as in a room...

Date: from February 21 to 25 inclusive  

Schedule: 

Morning :

9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. --> meditation and Qigong

9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. -->  Yin yoga preparing the hatha yoga or vinyasa session for a gentle but invigorating awakening!

Afternoon : 

5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. --> Yin yoga with acupressure between two poses

6:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. --> Exchange of feelings 

7:30 p.m. - 8:15 p.m. --> yoga nidra  

Where 

5:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. --> Yin yoga with acupressure between two poses

6:30 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. --> restorative yoga  

All classes will be based on deep relaxation, a cocooning side, detoxification, incomparable well-being...

Material required  : a yoga mat, two yoga bricks, a yoga strap or a large belt, a blanket, two tennis balls  and a sock. For those who have their meditation cushion, otherwise a brick covered with a blanket or a chair will do.

For restorative yoga, you need everything described before, minus the tennis balls, but you also need a bolster or a big, dense pillow, on which we will place our body, our fatigue and our stress. .

Prices ; The whole day 40 euros, otherwise 20 euros the morning and/or  30 euros per evening...

Do not hesitate to reserve your place! I won't take more than 8  people so that the atmosphere is friendly and that I can follow you all.
