The morning
- 9h00 - 9h30 meditation -(optional)
- 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Yin yoga
- 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. exchanges on the feeling of the practice
-12:00 p.m. -1:00 p.m. - nature walk
The afternoon
-1:00 p.m. -2:00 p.m. dietetic and vegetarian lunch
- 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. yoga nidra
4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Energy massage lessons
or a session haha yoga or qigong.
5:30 p.m.- 6:30 p.m. Restorative yoga
Come relax in nature : forest, countryside, mountain and seaside, recharge your batteries, fill up with oxygen and a cure of well-being and energy for your body and your mind!
You can choose online or in Fontainebleau at the Monday yoga center, the classes that best suit your needs. There will be a yin yoga for the spine, one for the fall which will be more focused on the lung and large intestine meridians and a yin yoga for the very many lower back problems.
Yoga nidra at nap time for an hour that will be worth three hours of deep sleep! Rejuvenation guaranteed!
A restorative yoga to stay deep in your cushions to be better reborn afterwards!

You will need a yoga mat, two yoga bricks and a bolster or a large, dense pillow and blanket, as well as comfortable, warm clothes.
